On the morning of April 28, a delegation from Tra Vinh province consisting of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Ngo Chi Cuong, a member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited Uncle Ho Temple and the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery in Long Duc Commune, Tra Vinh City. They offered flowers and incense as a sign of respect and remembrance.

In commemoration of the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023), the delegation gathered at Uncle Ho's Temple in a solemn and sacred atmosphere. They placed wreaths and offered incense to honor the significant contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, who dedicated his life to the revolution and the liberation of the nation.

Following this, the delegation visited the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery, where they laid wreaths and offered incense as a mark of deep respect and gratitude to the brave martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the independence and freedom of the nation. A minute of silence was observed to remember and honor these heroic individuals.
